Porous plastic board for filtration applications

We offer a variety of porous plastic materials and molded parts, including slabs, bars, pipes, and sheets. Our porous plastic products are an ideal choice for precise control of liquids and gases, including filtration, diffusion, release, and separation.
Our porous plates are made of high-purity resin and free sintered material (plastic), which are approved by the FDA and the US Department of Agriculture to produce filter media, providing excellent ultrafine particle filtration performance and outstanding gas and liquid flowability. The filtration varies depending on the micrometer size. They can be used for filtering particles, diffusing or emitting gases, or for core suction applications.
Applications include medical filters, battery vents, reservoirs, aerators, mufflers, and fluidized beds.
The material has good processability and can also be used for permeable or breathable fixtures, such as vacuum workbenches, ceramic grouting dehydration molds, etc.
We offer two varieties with a filtration efficiency of 99.8%. The porosity of all our boards is about 35-40% of the void volume. The material can be treated with hydrophilic or hydrophobic properties. Hydrophilic sheets have a strong affinity for liquids and actively absorb moisture and discharge aqueous solutions. Hydrophobic sheets or pipes will not actively absorb moisture, and if there is a pressure difference, they also have good breathability and permeability.
These boards have excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance to most acids, alkalis, solvents, and hydrocarbon based fuels. Our boards can be sterilized with gamma or ethylene oxide. It can operate safely at intermittent temperatures between 80-100 ℃.
